In the NPRM AD you state; Applicability (c) This AD applies to Turbomeca Arriel 2S1 turboshaft engines that have not incorporated Modification TU 109. These engines are installed on, but not limited to, Sikorsky S-76C+ twin-engine helicopters. As shown in Type Certificate Data Sheet H1NE Revision 30, the model is; III. MODEL NUMBER S-76C (Transport Helicopter, Category B), Approved March 15, 1991 (Transport Helicopter, Category A), Approved April 12, 1991. There is no "S-76C+ twin engine helicopoter" model. Please correct your AD or your TCDS to indicate the correct model identification.
