Some confusion may exist when reading paragraph (f)(3) of this AD as to whether
it is considered recurring. As is commonly written in many AD's, a statement such
as this indicates that after a stated date, no part may be installed unless specific
actions have been accomplished. Per FAR 91.417 (2)(v), all ADs are required to be
recorded and if recurring, are to include specific information including the time and
date when a recurring action is required.
Since pertinant information such as Effective Date, Applicability, Actions and
Compliance and other data are listed in all ADs, I believe the AD should also be
classified as Recurring or Non-recurring. With this information there can be no
confusion on the part of the individual responsible for the completion of the required
Aircraft Maintenance Records.
