Request to add "Previous Revisions" to paragraph 'L' regarding the New, Reduced Engine Cycle Life Limit and Removal From Service. Rolls Royce has stated that if previous issues of this service bulletin was complied with then no additional work is required. The revision did not make any technical changes. Please see attached.
