Docket No. FAA–2009–0811; Directorate Identifier 2008–NE–41–AD Regarding Rolls-Royce Corporation (RRC) AE 3007A series turbofan engines high-pressure turbine (HPT) stage 2 wheels. The attached paragraphs from this NPRM list the most current revisions of RRC SB’s: AE 3007A–A–72–367, AE 3007A–72–369, AE3007A–72–176, and SB AE 3007A–72–215 as the method of compliance for accomplishing the intent of the AD. Many if not all of the AE3007A engines are in compliance with previous revision of these Service Bulletins. Please allow credit for previous accomplishment of the Service Bulletins as out lined in Table 1.
