*Consider a Helicopter Hudson Visual (HHV) climb and descent only corridors at several mid river sites; such as, 'Heros', 'North Hudson', 'Governors'. Establish unique GPS and corresponding visual transition points for each corridor. Assent corridors may orient southbound while descent corridors orient northbound. *Require North and South fixed altitude aircraft maintain elevations higher than frequent tour helicopters. *Transitioning aircraft from Teterboro - Create a unique standard entry corridor with a corresponding altitude southbound plus a unique northbound transition. *Provide frequency for standard ASOS altimiter setting *Introduce an FAA developed VFR training program via the internet; like Washington SFRA.
