In paragraph (h)(1),maintenance program revision to include 28-AWL-28 and 28-AWL-29 is required for model 747-400 and 747-400D. AD 2008-10-06 paragraph (g)(3)requires to incorporate 28-AWL-24 through 28-AWL-29. These requirements are duplicated. ANA would like to ask to delete the requirement of paragraph (h) of Docket No.FAA-2009-0906, Directorate Identifier 2009-NM-075-AD.
