Dec-08-2009 Table 1 of the Airworthiness Directive incorrectly identifies B/E Aerospace Part Nos. B43570-3 and B43570-5 as utilizing Type 3HT cylinders. Per the attached drawing files, these assemblies utilize CFFC type cylinders as follows: 1) CFFC Composite Pressure Vessel B43645 (B43570-3) 2) CFFC Composite Pressure Vessel B43645-3 (B43750-5) Based on this evidence, B/E Aerospace believes that neither of these oxygen cylinder assemblies are affected by the issues observed with the 3HT cylinders. They should therefore be deleted from Table 1. Note that these assemblies are also installed on Airbus A330 and A340 aircraft identified in Table 2. Submitted by: John T.
