I strongly support the establishment of a Class E Surface Area for the Garfield County Regional Airport (KRIL). The present RNP SAAAR instrument approach procedures for this airport have Decision Altitudes well below the base of the existing Class E transition areas. That creates a safety-of-flight hazard. The proposed Class E Surface Area will eliminate that hazard.
