Airworthiness Directives: Agusta S.p.A. (Agusta) Model AB139 and AW139 Helicopters

AD 2009-15-51 (Amendment 39-16129) lists Agusta Alert Bollettino Tecnico No.s 139-193 and 139-194 as guidance material. These ABTs have been superseded by ABT 139-195 Rev. A, dated October 27, 2009. We recommend that this AD be revised to remove reference to ABT 139-193 & 139-194, and add reference to ABT 139-195 Rev. A (attached).. Also, the present location of Note 1 in this AD can cause some confusion. We recommend Note 1 be relocated to be prior to paragraph (a)(1).
