At the University Park airport in State College PA the FAA/USDA has recently poisoned 15,000 starlings. We who work here get a lot of joy from our little "secret garden" that is walled on 3 sides and entertains about 15 snow birds. Our airport manager Jim Myers has banned us from feeding our little birds. We are afraid they will go after the poison. If we could get your opinion on how 15 tiny birds would not hamper passsenger safety, maybe we would be permitted to feed them again. It's such a simple pleasure but means so much to us. Please respond. Thanks
Patricia Kennedy
