Paragraph (f) of the proposed AD requires installation of Panel Assemblies and removal of relays in accordance with the instructions of Boeing Alert Service Bulletin 767-28A0085, dated January 10, 2008 or Boeing Alert Service Bulletin 767-28A0085, Revision 1, dated June 25, 2009. JAL request to add Boeing Alert Service Bulletin 767-28A0085, Revision 2(next revision) in this section. Boeing Alert Service Bulletin 767-28A0085, IN 02, dated October 29, 2009 has been already issued and informed that the interferece of the drain plumbing with the P141 panel may exist on the airplanes liseted in the IN02 and Boeing Service Bulletin revision is scheduled for release in April 2010. This means some airlines can not perform the installation of the new panel P141 to the some airplanes listed in the IN 02 in accordance with the instruction of issued Boeing SB, which is to say the proposed AD. Paragraph (g) of the proposed AD requires the before or concurrent accomplishing the action. Boeing Service Bulletin 767-28A0083, Original, dated May 03, 2006 and Boeing Service Bulletin 767-28A0084, Original, dated May 03, 2006 are to be added in the Table 1 in accordance with AD 2009-16-06. Paragraph (h) of the proposed AD requires to revise the maintenance program by Boeing 767 Maintenance Planning Data (MPD) Document, D622T001-9, Revision March 2009. But the said Boeing MPD should be Revision April or August 2009 because Revision March do not seem to be issued. Paragraph(i) of the proposed AD requires incorporating (g)(2) of AD 2008-11-01. JALrequest to add the AD 2008-11-01 R1 because the MPD Revision MAY 2009 become applicable.
