All Nippon Airways (ANA) submits the following comment on 2008-NM-097-AD. The NPRM requires revising maintenance program to incorporate 28-AWL-27 and 28-AWL-28. Since AD 2008-11-01 R1 requires, these AWLs have already been introduced in airlines maintenance program. The paragraphs (h),(i), and (j) should be removed. Regarding the SB 767-28A0085 Revision 1 and SB 767-28A0083 Revision 1, since there are a lot of errors in those SBs, airlines are not able to accomplish those SBs. The final rule should refer to the SBs after the correct revision.
