Docket No. FAA-2010-0038; Directorate Identifier 2009-NM-110-AD Paragraph (g) of the Final Rule states: "Unless already done, do the following actions." followed by paragraph (g)(1) describing how to report the replacement of a "MFTF6" and the deadlines to do so. Clearly the reporting function described in paragraph (g)(1) is mandatory. However, the following paragraph (g)(2) is not mandatory, yet it is "grouped" in outline format below "(g) Unless already done, do the following actions." Paragraph (g)(2) is informative, describing under what conditions the AD requirement may be terminated, and should probably stand alone as paragraph (h). RV
