Reference to following statement in Para (g): "Actions Required Whenever the HPT Rotor Blade Cumulative Airfoil Material Loss is 50% of a Blade or More". In above statement it is not clear that the amount of material loss mentioned is for one individual blade or is accumulative materail for all blades in one stage. Most likely the intent is : "Action Requierd Whenever a HPT Rotor Blade is found with Airfoil Material Loss equivelant to 50% or more of full airfoil portion of blade". However, above statements do not address the conditon where multiple adjacent baldes may have less than 50% materail loss individually, but the commulative effect would still be equivally or more severe than having one blade with more than 50% material gone. As such, further clarificaion is needed.
