docket number FAA-2010-0068 directorate identifier 2010-NE-05-AD A serviceable CF6-50C2 engine in shop ready for installation is installed with LPTR Stage 3 disk FPI inspected as per GE Engine shop manual.The fluorescent-penetrant inspection of the inner diameter surface forward cone body (forward spacer arm) as mentioned in FAA AD 2011-02-07 is performed on the disk. Please clarify ,whether the UI as per paragraph (n) of the AD needs to be performed if the engine is installed after the effective date of the AD 2011-02-07.
