AD2011-02-07 supersedes AD 2010-12-10. AD2010-12-10 supersedes AD 2010-06-15. AD 2010-06-15 requires BSI of HPT 1-2 blades for wear and damage, including excessive airfoil material loss. Actions required whenever the HPT Rotor Blade Cumulative Airfoil material Loss is 50% of a blade or more. Please confirm the above acceptance limitation is NOT required in AD2011-02-07. If required, would like to clarify meaning of the "Cumulative Airfoil material Loss is 50% of a blade or more". Is it the total area of material loss of all the blades in any one stage must be less than 50% of one blade for engine acceptance? Or material loss total area in both stage 1 and 2 blades? If NOT required, what limits should be used to accept the engine? AMM limits?
