Revise para (k) Engine Core Vibration Survey as follows: Add to subpara (6): Vibration surveys carried out in an engine test cell as part of a performance run fulfill the requirements of the on-wing vibration survey. Reason: The current proposal limits acceptance of the test cell vibration survey to the initial survey only. This would allow for engines removed for performance restoration or other reasons between the 350 cycle period to be 'reset' to give the maximum flexibility to the operator with no loss of safety.
