This A.D. should apply to the clamp (rather than the aircraft) by restricting is use on any exhaust system - not just these two airplane models. This identical clamp has been know to fail in other aircraft that already have A.D's issued on them.
Also, the PA46 model has two of these clamps so your estimated costs for compliance are incorrect for this model.
