Two comments. 1) Re: Reporting Requirement for findings-the contact information shown in this section of the A.D. is different than what is listed on the service bulletin compliance response sheet that is attached to SBA45-27-40. 2) Re: Material Incorporated by Reference-no wording or provision to account for possible revisions to the Service Bulletins is found. (n) states "You must use the service information included in Table 1 of this AD, as applicable, to do the actions required by this AD, unless the AD specifies otherwise." A revision could result in operators being forced to use the AMOC route for compliance, resulting in delays and excessive paperwork.
