In restatement of requirements of AD 2004-22-08, Para (g) (3), it states that SB A601R-21-053 dated Nov 8, 2001 is considered acceptable for compliance. Whereas Para (i) says that A601R-21-053 Rev A needs to be accomplished. The AD should recognize the SB at its Original issue as well as Revision A as acceptable means of compliance. Revision A had no effect on aircraft which have a previous issue of SB incorporated. Affected aircraft at Air Wisconsin were modified per the instructions in the Original issue of SB A601R-21-053.
