Proposed Modifications of Class B Airspace: Chicago, IL

I am based at KDPA and am concerned about the proposed modification to Chicago Class B airspace. There are numerous jets crossing KDPA's west bound flight path and east inbound. This traffic is sometimes closer than Ilike to see it. This traffic would be compressed below 4000 ft and therefore become more of a hazzard.
