To whom it may concern,I operate a Bell UH-1H ZS-HLA (64-13603) which is a WilliamsT/C and I feel that to implement this proposed AD relating to the TT straps is completely without justification. I maintain 5 other T/C'd Hueys and we have never had any problems with the TT straps. The main rotor heads are regularly inspected and no problems found. If Bell are concerned then we can still remove the TT straps for inspection every two years but to replace them would jeopadise our operations severely and also without reason. In talking to other operators we have not come across a single reported failure on any Huey's worldwide. Please do not implemement this requirement as it would further harm our fire fighting industry for no real reason
