On section (j) Table 4 for the Initial Torque Inspection Threshold for JT8D-217C and -219 Engines, on line (5) for Refurbished "Modified" blades, there are listed blades post SB 6412, however the term "Modified" does not apply to these blades as they all are "As-Cast". (Ref. P&W SB 6412). Best Regards.
