I fly with our EAA group often and being based at OZW (Howell ) we often fly into the the eastern Ohio area and with single engine aircraft, we labor to reach the current 8.000 ceiling over Detroit Metro Airport. I feel it will be impossible for our aircraft to make the proposed 10,000 foot ceiling to transverse to the frequent locations. I feel it will cause congestion on the fringes of the lower 2,300 ft. area to the west of the control area and cause more fuel burn to further burden the fragile general aviation aircraft owner that now has to save in advance to make a flight. Thank You for consideration in this matter. Ron Cooper Cooper Aviation Inc.
