This supplemental Class E airspace proposed for U55 airport fails to include a small portion of the RNAV Runway 18's missed approach holding pattern primary airspace. That area is shown in the attached PDF file in red tint. The blue rectangular area is the pertinent portion of the Kanab, UT 1,200' Class E area; the red rectangular area is the pertinent portion of the U55 1,200' Class E area proposed in this NPRM. If the red horizontal boundary of the proposed U55 Class E airspace were moved at least 1.02 n.m. to the south then the presently excluded holding pattern primary airspace would be included.
