This AD requires to remove engine every 7200cycles. In Japan we use PW4158 A300-600 for domestic route, some engine may reach 7000cycle above. "Cost of compliance" addresses only for performing inspection and HPC drum rotor disk assembly. "Cost of compliance" should address engine removal labor and engine disassembly labor.
There are many spec for FPI. NPRM says only "FPI" this is good for operator. Please remain to use "FPI". If FAA need to change to refer spec, "equivalent method" should be followed specification.
