An additional comment to my previous submittal : no provision is given in the AD on how to comply with paragraph H of the manufacturer's service bulletin, submitting reporting data. when any of the required data to be reported has not been logged and is therefore unavailable. There should be provision to submit all available data, omitting any information that was never previously logged (and was not ever required to be logged), and provision for the the aircraft to remain in service pending review of the available information. The AD could also be amended to require logging of additional categories of information other than total time after the effective date if the intent is to gather data for future reporting.
