Continental Airlines has reviewed the NPRM and does not have any objections, however Boeing has indicated in Fleet team Digest (FTD) 737NG-FTD-25-10003 that all discrepant B/E Aerospace Portable Breathing Equipment (PBE) have been succesfully captured.
Due to the above information it may be prudent for the FAA to confirm with B/E Aerospace that the discrepant PBE's have been captured before proceeding further with the Airworthiness Directive AD.
