Hello, I am a manufacturer of aircraft which are affected by these rules. I believe the change from an automatic feathering propeller requirement to a manual feathering propeller requirement will not only improve our manufacturing but it will also improve pilot safety. I fully support and recommend the changes you have suggested for this rule
