FAA–2010–0839 I think prematurely downing all L-13 is a bad idea just because of this this one incidence. There are several unknowns involved in this accident that I have not seen written up that need to be revealed before downing all A/C that many clubs use. I just started my flight training in this glider and now the FAA is putting out directives that will increase costs and delays for inspections and work that may not be necessary. I suspect that in this incidence the operators were overloading the wing beyond its designed limits. Suggest that your rescind FAA–2010–0839. Russell McMinn
