Please reference paragraphs (h)(1) and (h)(2) of the proposed rule. Paragraph (h)(1) establishes the deadline for replacing defective components found prior to the Effective Date of this AD. Logically, paragraph (h)(2) would establish the deadline for replacing defective components found after the Effective Date. Suggest changing paragraph (h)(2) to: (2) For airplanes on which the inspection required by paragraph (g) of this AD is done on or after the effective date of this AD: Within 400 flight hours after accomplishing the inspection required by paragraph (g) of this AD.
