The EASA AD2010-090 asks in "required action and compliance time" to : (4) ....remove the change as introduce by paragraph(1) and remove EASA AD 2009-0096R1 from the Operating handbook. Temporary Revision TR 03 is introduced in POH through paragraph (2) of EASA AD2010-090 and EASA AD2010-090 doesn't ask to remove it from the POH after acomplishment of instructions of SB70-168-35. The proposed FAA AD asks to (paragraph actions and compliance) remove page 3.13.5 of temporary revision3....from the POH. the FAA AD differs with this instruction from EASA AD
