Paragraph (g)(3) requires operators to submit reports of findings to AIRBUS. This restatement of previous AD 2009-17-04 is adding as accomplishment instruction the SB A320-27A1186 Revision 05. Even though NPRM specifically states: "(3) Submit a report of the findings of the inspection required by paragraphs (g)(1) and (g)(2) of this AD...", due to the fact that the SB A320-27A1186 Revision 05 includes a general requirement for reporting after inspection, when findings are found, we would like to precise that the reporting requirement mandated by AD 2009-17-04 is valid only for the one time inspection. Additionally, please take into account that SB A320-27A1186 Revision 06, dated December 14, 2010, does not require findings reporting any more. According to the above mentioned we would like to request FAA to reconsider the necessity or wording of paragraph (g)(3).
