1) Paragraph (I) New Terminating Action must be optional, not mandatory.
2) We'd like the FAA to confirm that new repeat interval proposed by Boeing for the B767 model is based on sufficient evidence and supported by proper risk analyses. In other words, specifically for the B767 fleet type, Boeing has to produce adequate evidence to justify their proposal for such a drastic increase in inspection interval frequency.
