This is JAL's comment.
Ref/A/ and /B/ GE Aviation service bulletins regarding ref/C/ Boeing service bulletin need to be revised.
As shown Figure 8 of both service bulletins, conical springs are used on the Relay to Relay Base Fixings.
However JAL noticed that spring washers were used instead of conical springs.
GE Aviation has agreed with using spring washers and is going to revise both service bulletins to reflect the spring washer.
In addition, as same as the comment for NPRM 2010-NM-146-AD, both ref/A/ and /B/ service bulletins also need to be revised to resolve label issue.
If AD issues before SB revisions, operators need to get AMOC. So JAL requests to issue the AD after SB revisions completed.
