FAA Docket No. FAA-2011- 0078 and Airspace Docket No. 10-AEA-20 The proposed rule does not include enough information for making effective comments at this time. A graphical map of the prosed RNAV route should be included in this docket. Also the map should display the altitudes which aircraft will fly while on the proposed routes. Finally the number of aircraft anticipated using this route on an annual basis should be provided along with the number which will be flying at night. With the information provided in the notice, it does not appear that a Cateorical Exclusion is appropriate since the proposed routes go over noise sensitive areas at less than 3000' altitude. The "Air Traffic Initial Environmental Review" form should be entered in the docket so that the public can make effective comments on the proposed rule. An extension of the comment period is requested until a reasonable time after the above mentioned information is provided.
