This new restricted airspace proposed is un-necessary and over-reaching.
The proposed restricted airspace would severely impact General Aviation in North Dakota, both as an economic hardship and would potentially reduce air traffic to various cities in North Dakota.
The NPRM would also close an existing Victor Airway (V170) between two cities in North Dakota.
This is one of the largest restricted airspace proposals I have ever seen.
I strongly oppose this NPRM and ask the FAA to not establish this restricted airspace.
