These comments refer to FAA Docket No. FAA-2011- 0117 and Airspace Docket No. 09-AGL-31. I am in agreement with the North Dakota Pilots Association response as it refers to this matter. Additionally I would like to say that I have been flying for 41 years, I am 69 years old and have taught for many years. I am still an active pilot and continue to teach flying. I just cannot see why you are doing this to our beautiful state. There are many other states with nothing around to do your flying of aircraft or non-manned aircraft. This will make a huge difference when it comes to my teaching flying. I use the space for teaching. I would strongly recommend that you do not restrict our airspace.
