The Design Approval Holder's (DAH) name on the pertinent Type Certificate Data Sheets (TCDS) at the time an Airworthiness Directive (AD) is published, is the name to use in the AD. For AD 2011–13–03, Teledyne Continental Motors (TCM) of Mobile, AL was the DAH on the pertinent engine TCDSs when the AD was published.
