I would support following Pratt and Whitney's fact based conclusion that flying up to FL370 for no more than 85 Minutes would pose no threat to safety. We operate with time restriction all the time and we could step down to FL300 when needed. It is standard procedures to follow the manufactures recommendations. The cost of being restricted to FL300 is very expensive and not completely thought through.
