I maintain several Aeronca 15 AC aircraft and feel that by installing numerous small one inch inspection holes in the lower skin aft of the main spar at three foot spacing. The use of a good display borescope would provide a good view for determining if any corrosion exist. This would provide lower cost to the owners while complying with a full spar inspection.
