Airworthiness Directives: Burl A. Rogers Models 15AC and S15AC Airplanes

I believe that the comment period should be extended so that the material available can be reviewed appropriately and appropriate action can be taken. The FOIA information also should be released so that the data can be used to address the concerns of this AD. I do not believe that there is enough evidence at this time to warrant cutting a lot of 4” holes into the 15AC wing and burden aircraft owners with a significant expense. This proposed AD certainly needs more research and a time extension for implementation.
