The fact that te FAA would try and sneak this through without informing the public is horrible and un-american. What the FAA has provided in this docket obfuscates most of the public and and obscures what what the FAA is really trying to do. This needs to go through a proper environmental review especially given the complex changes to our airspace being pushed through as part of the NY/NJ/PHL Airspace redesign. Without a proper environmental review and review with the public, this is just another example of big government at its worst.
