FAA Docket FAA-2011-0527 and Airspace Docket No. 11-AWA-2 The problem with this change is that most aircraft flying in and out of this airport approach and enter from the west, and the east. You would need to be under 1200 feet anyway to avoid the class C shelf in these areas. So the increase in altitude in the area that is proposed would not help. The change should include the area to the west of the airport, to provide transit to the practice area, and western airport.
