American Eagle Airlines requests the Applicability, paragraph (c), of the proposed rule be changed from including all serial numbers of the specified model aircraft to specify only those called out in the service bulletin. This change was incorporated on aircraft going forward in production and the IPC applicability has been updated for this part as well. If there are any questions, please feel free to contact me.
