The Delta council of the Air Line Pilots Association Central Air Safety Committee has been aware of the petition from Delta Air Lines for relief of certain oxygen requirements following a cabin depressurization from the beginning of the process. We have support the pettion for exemption as this committee views flight at 14000 feet for 30 minutes less of a threat to the safety of a flight than flying at 10000 feet in mountainous terrain following a cabin depressuriztion.
