I firmly believe that "ONE PERSON" should have one seat with a properly rated restraint. Do not allow two children or small adults in one seat to be restrained with one seat restraint, even if the 9 "G" load is not exceeded. Place "common sense" and safety above individual Pilot flight crewmember desire to satisfy passengers perceived needs.
Remember, "SAFETY MEANS NO ACCIDENT!"
