page 36011 Para K6.3 point (b) - The NPRM reads: "A constant flyover configuration must be maintained" The proposal is to change the statement as follows: "A constant flyover configuration SELECTED BY THE APPLICANT must be maintained" Reason: ICAO Annex 16 Vol.1 App.F Para 6.3 specifies that the configuration for the flyover configuration is selected by the Applicant. The inclusion of the proposed additional words makes the NPRM and the ICAO rules harmonized. Additional note: the NPRM specifies "Agusta-Westland". Please be aware, for the future, that the right name is AgustaWestland. Thank you G.M.Puricelli
