We have no objection to the actions in the proposed AD but the final AD should reference Revision 7 of the MRM not the temporary revision MRB-46 as stated in the proposed AD. The temporary revision was removed from the MRM by revision 7. The TR does not exist. If the reference to temporary revision MRB-46 is in the final version of the AD it will force operators to request an alternate means of compliance to use revision 7 of the MRM because the temporary revision is no longer in the MRM.
If the final rule needs to reference the same document (MRB-46) as the Canadian AD then a paragraph needs to be added to the final AD allowing operators to remove the TR once it is incorporated in to the manual by the general revision.
