This proposed change is one of the greatest changes that could be made for Part 135 operators. with the Avionic advances of the past years Nav Data Bases have become mechanicaly rudimentry. It is difficult and costly to constantly find maintenance around the world to return to service aircraft after Nav Data base have been updated. I strongly urege this be adopted.
